Mustak started his career with Shell Malaysia before gaining work experience with Proton, Conoco, Federal Auto and with Jaguar Cars Malaysia as the Chief Operating Officer. In September 2006, Mustak founded Coach 2 Success Consultancy with a vision to enhance organisation competitiveness. He has been able to draw on his vast hands-on experience, providing an experience transfer that produced big results for many organisations.
Mustak’s first taste of the learning development field was in February 1994, where he conducted a sales intervention program for Shell Chemical – Asia Pacific in Singapore. Mustak is also certified by Conoco Oil Centre of Excellence for Retail Marketing in Houston. Harnessing his experience in the corporate Malaysia, Umar now facilitates a vast array of learning sessions in the areas of Personal Development, Supervisory & Leadership, Personalities & Communication, Values & Organisational Behaviours, Team Alignment, Habits of Effective People and numerous variety of team building session. Raja Atikah Iffah

Atikah is a Certified Training Professional (CTP) from ITD International and Learning Experience Designer by NovoED. Coupled with her experience working in KPMG, Atikah drives the design, creation and supports the implementation of innovative strategies for Coach 2 Success. This includes the various talent development programs, eLearning modules and team training. She collaborates closely with client’s HR and leadership team to identify and proactively address needs to achieve organisational goals.
Atikah has experience successfully delivering projects amongst private and GLC’s which includes the Bank Islam Business Hackathon 2018, Ekuinas ILTIZAM Professional Development Programme and Tenaga Nasional Berhad Facilitation Programme, to name a few.
Shafizarina Mohd Shah
Graduated in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University, USA and is a Certified Facilitator in Organisational Mapping and Analysis by Motorola University.
She started her career in the Training Department of the largest network insurance organisation in Malaysia, overseeing the human capital development of over 1500 employees. One of her achievements was leading a team of internal consultants to establish an organisation-wide quality management system which successfully obtained ISO certification. Nina was then made responsible for establishing quality management systems for the company’s subsidiaries throughout South East Asia.
Nina became an outstanding business development manager by successfully closing many large corporate accounts. She discovered her passion in understanding the unique needs of her clients and designing real solutions to help transform corporate culture by building skills of individuals and raising performance standards. Her corporate clients ranged from manufacturing to service sectors and from government linked companies to multinational corporations demonstrating her ability to deal right across the spectrum and achieve outstanding results.
